There is also another way to change the language - using the language bar located in the lower right corner of the display, to switch, just click on it and select the desired language in the displayed list.

However, it is not always guaranteed that new packages support the Russian language. Or an even more common situation: on computers with pre-installed Windows 7, the interface menu is usually in English, it is the user's task to bring it to its usual form. To do this, go to the menu Languages and regional standards already known to us and select the "Advanced" tab, then "Change system language", here you should select the desired language and "OK" to save, after which you need to reboot the system.
A small nuance: you can change the language of Windows 7 not in all versions, but only in the top ones: Ultimate and Corporate. What if you have a more economical edition installed?
