Domestic search engine "Yandex" for many years remains a leader in the search for electronic information. Continuous development, "fouling" with new services, improvement of previous functions confidently make "Yandex" the leader of search engines in the Russian segment of the Internet. By typing www.yandex.ru in the address bar, you get to the main page of the search engine. Basic Yandex settings
You can set up informers and widgets by clicking on the "gear" icon in the upper right corner of the main page. In the drop-down menu, you need to select the first item "Configure Yandex". All current widgets will be visually transformed - each will have its own mini-"gear" for finer settings and a "cross" for deletion. You can move blocks, choose a different location on the page and even delete everything.
Settings in "Yandex" allow you to add only those widgets whose information you constantly need. To do this, click on the "Add widget" button in the upper left corner of the screen. For ease of searching, a huge collection of various widgets is sorted into categories. You can also add another widget to the main page of "Yandex" from the corresponding item of the drop-down menu.

Mail on "Yandex"
Yandex's second most important Internet service is mail. Correctly setting up mail on Yandex will allow you to use its functions to the fullest. "Yandex. Mail" will automatically delete letters from the "Spam" category or correspondence from the addressee that you previously blacklisted. It will also collect letters from many of your other mailboxes into one located on the Yandex servers.

The "Collect mail from other mailboxes" section allows you to collect your letters from any mail servers. You will only need to enter the full name of the mailbox and the password from it in the appropriate fields.
In the "Folders and tags" section, you can create and delete new folders in which your letters will be organized, define tags for a group of letters.
In the section "Contacts" there is a function of automatic memorization of postal addresses from the correspondence received by you. You can also import existing contacts of your interlocutors or colleagues.
Very relevant service "Deeds" will allow you to write plans directly in your mailbox, and in addition to track them in your smartphone (iOS and Symbian).
