In the autumn of 2009, two years after the release of Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl, millions of gamers all over the planet rejoiced: the new Stalker: Call of Pripyat was released. Just like the first one, the new "Stalker" was released by a Ukrainian company in the first-person shooter genre and tells about life in the exclusion zone.
Soon after the release, mods for the game began to appear on the Web. One of them is "Stalker: Black Stalker 2", where you can find tools for technicians from the base, one of the key quests, as in other parts of the game.
Game background
After turning off the "Brain Scorcher" installation, the path to the center of the zone becomes open. But the zone itself is very unstable, maps of the area are of little help, since the location of the anomalies is constantly changing. The government of Ukraine decides completelytake control of the zone. The SBU sends five helicopters to the zone, which are supposed to reconnoiter the location of air anomalies. For the main groups of the military to move along already relatively safe routes.
But during the operation, the zone changes again and all helicopters, having fallen into anomalies, crash in different parts of the territory. The investigation into the failure of the operation is entrusted to Major Degtyarev, a former stalker with considerable experience.
Storyline
The protagonist of the game is Major Degtyarev, sent by the security service of Ukraine. His main tasks are to find and investigate all the crashed helicopters. Two helicopters are shot down by an unknown electrical charge of great strength. Another contains information about three evacuation points that may have surviving pilots.
In parallel with the main task, the hero performs secondary ones, which he receives from stalkers, merchants and gang leaders. During the investigation, Degtyarev learns about a certain "Product No. 62", which actually shot down the helicopters. This find leads the major to the Pripyat 1 overpass, which leads to the ghost town of Pripyat itself.
Walkthrough "Black Stalker 2": where to find tools
"Black Stalker" and "Black Stalker 2" are the mods of the Call of Pripyat game. They added new weapons, fixed some errors in the main version, added mineral water, the ability to sell artifacts to scientists, increased pocket money forstalkers and more.
