The ISU-130 tank, which is also known under the name "Object 130", took part in hostilities between the USSR and Germany. It is a heavy fighting vehicle. The caliber of the weapon can be understood based on the main name of the technique - 130 mm. The gun, which is installed on the tank, has the S-26 brand.
The development of the machine ended in 1944. In the same period, in October, the first model was already assembled. Before the start of hostilities in Europe, the tank was tested. Unfortunately, following the results of the war, the machine never entered service with the Soviet Army. This is due to the fact that the armor was much inferior to guns with 122-mm shells.
In the multiplayer game, the SU-130 (World of Tanks also has this Soviet tank in its arsenal) is a premium vehicle, so getting it is not so easy.
Tank history
The development of the machine was carried out under the guidance of one of the most famous designers of the time - Kotin. Initially, an order was issued to create equipment with a powerful 122-mm and 152-mm cannon. However, after a while the government decided to tryinstall a 130 caliber weapon on an existing chassis. The work was successful, and already in October 1944 the first copy appeared. The first training sessions took place in the factory, a month later the training grounds began. Unfortunately, according to the test results, it became clear that the gun was not ready for the full scope of work. It was possible to improve it and complete all the work only by the end of hostilities.
In 1945, the following stages of testing the ISU-130 began to be carried out. The tank again failed to please the developers. Problems with the self-propelled gun were found; although the vehicle surpassed many other Soviet models in terms of firepower.
Cutting and hull
The hull is equipped with differentiated armor protection. The crew can consist of a maximum of four to five people. Three of them are located to the left of the weapon, the places of the other two are to the right. In the event that the team includes only four, the freed space is used to accommodate one more ammunition. There were three exits from the ISU-130 tank. However, one of them was used to display the sight. The crew got out thanks to a rectangular hatch, which was located at the junction of armored cutting sheets, and a hole to the right of the round cannon became adapted for landing.
Armaments
The main weapon of the tank, both in the WoT game and in reality, was the S-26 cannon. The mounting of this weapon took place on the frontal slab of the cabin. There was also in the ISU-130 tank (the guide confirms this) a system for blowing the sash with compressed air. The gun is capable of firingtwo rounds per minute. The descent can be carried out in automatic mode, as well as in manual mode. Ammunition can include up to 25 shells.
For greater security, the crew also wields two submachine guns. The team had about 500 rounds of ammunition and 25 grenades at their disposal.
Characteristics of the tank in the game WoT
The game is armed with ISU-130. World of Tanks (how to get it will be written below) pleased fans of Soviet tanks with the addition of some models. Among the advantages of the machine, one can note a high level of damage from AP shells and a very strong shield mounted on the gun. However, all the pluses are limited to this.
The tank has many disadvantages. The armor of the vehicle is quite weak, practically does not protect against enemy attacks, and the penetration of the armor itself is at a low level. The dynamics are very weak; the accuracy of the shot is not impressive. Communication is poor, its range is too meager. Pointing angles are small. Without a twinge of conscience, we can say that most of the other combat vehicles are much better.
The main equipment of the ISU-130 includes such equipment as a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit and a repair kit. An armor-piercing kit is installed on the tank in the game. It is possible to install fragmentation guns, which are suitable for the collapse of lightly armored vehicles.
You can get a tank only for merit. It is not subject to pumping, its basic set is not improved. As a rule, it is issued to moderators and volunteers from chat, social networks and forums.

The crew of the ISU-130 tank can use different functions. Among them it is worth noting the following:
